SHIPPING POLICY

USA SHIPMENTS:

We offer free ground shipping for all USA orders over $100.

All United States orders are processed within one business day and the shipping delivery timeframe is contingent on the client’s geographical location. Usually, shipping within the United States takes 4 – 7 business days. 

 

 

CANADA/EUROPE SHIPMENTS:
 

For international shipments, please allow up to 2 weeks. International shipment may be subject to custom or clearance fees that we are unable to estimate since we have no control over them. If such fees become applicable, please note that the client will be responsible to cover the charges. For details on custom or clearance fees, it is recommended that the client consults with his/her local custom authorities.

HAITI SHIPMENTS:

For shipments to Haiti, please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipment to Haiti will be subject to a flat fee of $25 per item; this fee includes custom clearance and taxes.

 

 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS:
 

Note that lost or stolen items will not be reimbursed. Client needs to make sure that the keyed-in address is correct prior to process any order.  

Once processed, client will receive an email confirming the order and another one confirming the shipment.
