How do I track my order?
After your purchase, we'll email you a tracking number so you can monitor the shipping of your package.
What are your delivery options?
For the United States, you have two shipping options:

Ground shipping 5-7 business days

Express Shipping 2-3 business days

Air 1-2 business days
For Shipping to Haiti, you can have the package delivered to your address or you can pick it up at 13 Rue Vilatte, Petion-Ville. All Haiti shipments are subject to a $25 fee that includes shipping, taxes, processing, and custom
For all other International shipping, we only offer one option via Air for a flat rate of $25 per item.
How do I return an item?
All returns are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy. All approved returns would be reimbursed if the item is sent within 30 days from the purchasing date, Please note that shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
How can I contact your couriers?
After your purchase, you will be sent tracking information and the name of the courier. We currently work with USPS, UPS, and DHL. You will be able to communicate with them on their website through the contact form, or via email or phone.
Do you provide International delivery?
We provide international shipping services to Asia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
What is your return policy?
All gift cards, eveningwear, personalized merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All refundable purchases will be processed into the original form of payment. The refund process might take 4-7 business days upon package arrival to our return facility.
Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and will be accounted for on any free shipping orders.
