FINAL SALE:
All gift cards, eveningwear, personalized merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
All items go through a thorough inspection prior to being shipped and we guarantee that there are no damages prior to leaving our facility. Please note that the actual color might vary slightly from the pictures due to the computer resolution configuration. Do not rely on the exact colors shown in your monitor to order. If items are defective, we offer a 15-day return grace period provided it is returned on time and intact. Attitude is not responsible for lost shipments or damages that occur during shipping. In case of returns please email or us prior to sending the item back.
All refundable purchases will be processed into the original form of payment. The refund process might take 4-7 business days upon package arrival to our return facility.
Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and will be accounted for on any free shipping orders.
